At X-Lok we are customer centric.

We understand the apparent dissatisfaction with the way things are done that have simply evolved collectively over time, leading to build complexity, inefficiency and an expanded supply chain.

Typically, issues relate to waste, manufacturing complexity, logistical challenges, delays in qualification, long lead times to get products into service, operator musculo-skeletal injury, line-fit issues and problems with maintenance and repair.

Because EMC cable protection can be vital, ease of access to cable bundles is important if repair is necessary, and could be urgent, so permanently fastened parts, with different systems grafted together, and the destruction of compilation parts in the event of disassembly, are all an impediment.

We believe that open sleeve technology is the key to answering many of the issues, but no matching hardware existed, so we created a system that resolves ALL the mechanical and operational issues, deskilling assembly and installation and eliminating all extraneous build components.

Crucially, X-Lok resolves all the ‘customer focus’ issues.
